In this case, of the 4,500 sequences present on themicroarray, a total of 212 from control and 212 from Aire silenced 3.10 mTECsdifferentially expressed <strong>gene</strong>s were included in the calculations of theGeneNetwork software due to their statistical significance.Results and DiscussionPGE exhibited by mTECs in the thymus is a complex phenomenon until nowobserved in humans and mice and involves 5-10% of all known <strong>gene</strong>s of thesespecies.
