290 DIGESTO NORMATIVO DE EXTRANJERÍALas Jefaturas de Policías de Departamentos serán ejercidas por ComisariosPrincipales de Orden y Seguridad.Se organizan en Comisarías, Sub Comisarías, Destacamentos y PuestosPoliciales; éstos se rigen por reglamento.Art. 170.– La Dirección de Apoyo Técnico es el organismo encargado deplanear, organizar y ejecutar el apoyo técnico científico a las funcionespreventivas e investigativas de la Policía.Lo componen:- El Departamento de Investigación de Delitos;- El Departamento de Identificaciones(8);- El Departamento de Interpol(9);- El Departamento Judicial;- El Departamento de Comunicaciones;- El Departamento de Informática;- El Departamento de Migraciones;- El Departamento de Narcóticos; y,- El Departamento de Asuntos Familiares.Las Jefaturas de los Departamentos que integran la Dirección de ApoyoTécnico, serán desempeñadas por Oficiales con el grado de ComisarioPrincipal de Orden y Seguridad.La organización y funcionamiento de estos Departamentos se regiránpor sus reglamentos respectivos.TÍTULO XIVDE LAS DISPOSICIONES TRANSITORIAS Y FINALESCAPÍTULO ÚNICOArt. 1º.– La Policía Nacional se organiza teniendo como base la Policíade la Capital.Se integrarán a la misma los siguientes organismos actualmente dependientesdel Poder Ejecutivo:- El Personal de las Delegaciones de Gobierno; y,(8) Ley N° 222/93 “Orgánica de la Policía Nacional”, art. 6° num. 11.(9) Ac. 80/98, art. 41 inc. a).
