5DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TEMAEl Contenido de este tema de tesis “Análisis de ProcedimientosAdministrativos de Aprobación, Construcción y Recepción de Obras en la Provinciade Valdivia” esta basado principalmente en un estudio de las gestionesadministrativas de la Dirección de Obras de cada comuna de la provincia y si estasse rigen de acuerdo a lo señalado en la Ordenanza General de Urbanismo yConstrucciones.También se realizará, entre las doce comunas que componen la provincia,una comparación de la documentación exigida para obtener el Permiso deEdificación. Además se darán a conocer los distintos Plano Regulador de lascomunas que lo posean junto con la zonificación de estos.TOPIC DESCRIPTIONThe contents of the topic of this thesis “analysis of passing, construction andreception procedures of works in the province of Valdivia” is mainly based on astudy of administrative managements of the works direction of each boroughinthe province and if they are regulated according to which is pointed out in theGeneral Ordinance on Urbanism and Construction.Also, a comparison will be made between the twelve boroughs that belong tothe province, concerning the documentation demanded in order to obtain aconstruction permit. Besides, the different Regulating Plans of the boroughs whichhave them and their zone distribution will be shown.
