Además de la participación de los miembros de laAgrupación también se cuenta con la colaboración de laUniversidad de Oviedo y de los centros tecnológicosasturianos y nacionales relacionados con redes deexcelencia.IDESA desarrolla su actividad en el sector industrial debienes de equipo y construcciones mecánicas desde hacemás de 15 años en Asturias. En los últimos tiempos, hareforzado su área de investigación, ha abierto mercadoexterior y se ha colocado en una buena posición en elmercado de las energías alternativas.(Ingeniería y Desarrollo Europeo, SA-Engineeringand European Development) which nowadaysis made up of over thirty members, mainlyprivate companies. The main objective of theCluster is to give technical and commercialsupport,quality control and training to smallmetal-mechanical workshops in the region,withstaff of between 30 and 40 workers.Apart from the participation of members ofthe Cluster,the University of Oviedo also takespart, as well as the Centres of Technology,both Asturian and National, with their excellentnetwork systems.IDESA has been developing its sphere of activityin the Industrial division of capital goods andmechanical constructions since more than 15years ago in Asturias.
