QUICK-START
Remove the pan by lifting the handle and by turning
it anticlockwise. Then insert the kneading paddle.
Holding the bowl by the handle, insert it gently sideways
onto the driver and turn it clockwise to lock it.
Press the key .
The colon of the timer will blink.
The operating indicator lights up.
Put the ingredients in the pan in exactly the order
recommended. Make sure that all ingredients
are weighed with precision.
Close the lid. Plug in the bread maker and switch it
on. After the audible signal, programme 1 will appear
on the display as the default setting (750 g, medium
browning), followed by the corresponding time.
Unplug the breadmaker at the end of the cooking or
warming cycle. Remove the pan. Always use oven
gloves as the pan handle is hot, as is the inside of
the lid.
Turn out the hot bread and place it on a rack for at
least 1 hour to cool.
