APHIS y COPEXEU (Ver Anexo I).5.1.11 Informar a USDA APHIS de las sanciones en caso deincumplimientos incurridos en el marco del Programa deCertificación en origen de arándanos frescos.5.1.12 Enviar un reporte de las actividades realizadas dentro delos programas de control de Moscas de la Fruta del NEA y NOAa USDA APHIS IS (ver Anexo IX)5.1.13 Realizar las aprobaciones del funcionamiento de lascámaras de fumigaciones en pretemporada.5.1.14 Aprobar y verificar los sistemas informáticos (software)para el registro de eventos en el proceso del tratamiento defumigación, o sus cambios en forma conjunta con USDA APHISIS.5.2 USDA-APHIS5.2.1 Supervisar y auditar el Programa de Certificación enorigen de arándanos frescos por parte del/la Director/a de Áreao representante. y emitir el Cerificado PPQ 203.5.2.2 Verificar y auditar que todos los participantes cumplandebidamente con sus responsabilidades.5.2.3 Realizar las aprobaciones de las cámaras defumigaciones en forma conjunta con el SENASA anualmente enpretemporada.5.2.4 Proveer los inspectores necesarios para supervisar yauditar el Programa de Certificación en origen de arándanosfrescos.5.2.5 Registrar por escrito cualquier observación relevante quesurja durante la supervisión, en el Libro foliado específico paraeste proceso, facilitado por el Centro de Fumigación y en caso deirregularidades será de aplicación lo dispuesto en el punto 13 delpresente Plan de Trabajo.5.2.6 APHIS IS notificará a APHIS PPQ de cualquiersituación fitosanitaria relevante en caso de ser necesario.5.2.7 Firmar Acuerdos Operacionales con todos los Centros defumigación que participen del programa de certificación enorigen de arándanos frescos en forma conjunta con SENASA yCOPEXEU (Ver Anexo I).5.2.8 USDA APHIS coordinará las supervisiones y auditoriascon SENASA.5.2.9 A probar y verificar los sistemas informáticos (software)para el registro de eventos en el proceso del tratamiento defumigación, o sus cambios en forma conjunta con SENASA.blueberries in origin together with USDA-APHIS andCOPEXEU (See Annex I).5.1.11. Supervise and audit for full compliance of allparticipant’s responsibilities.5.2.3. Every year and before the season starts, approves andcertifies fumigation Chambers in joint cooperation withSENASA.5.2.4. Provide the necessary inspectors to supervise and auditthe Certification Program of fresh blueberries in origin.5.2.5. Keep written records in the Registry Book specificallyprovided for this process by the Fumigation Centers of anyrelevant information during the supervision process and in thecase of any irregularities the contents of point 13 of the WorkPlan is applied.5.2.6. Notify APHIS PPQ of any relevant phitosanitysituation if necessary.5.2.7. Sign operational agreements with all the FumigationCenters participating in the Certification Program of freshblueberries in origin in joint cooperation with SENASA andCOPEXEU (See Annex I).5.2.8. Coordinate with SENASA all the supervisions andaudits.5.2.9. Approve and supervise the software for the registrationof events in the process of the fumigation treatment includingany changes jointly with SENASA5.3 COPEXEU5.3.1 Suscribir anualmente con USDA-APHIS-IS un Plan deFinanciamiento.5.3.2 Mantener un canal de comunicación entre losparticipantes del Programa de Certificación en origen dearándanos frescos y hacer conocer este Plan de Trabajo a todaslas partes interesadas en la exportación de Arándanos fumigadosa los E.U.A.5.3.3 Cooperar, conjuntamente con el SENASA/USDA-APHIS, en la capacitación de los Inspectores del SENASA,Directores Técnicos y Operadores del Centro de Fumigación.5.3 COPEXEU5.3.1. Annually subscribe The Financial plan with USDA-APHIS-IS.5.3.2. Maintain communication among all participants in theCertification Program in origin of fresh blueberries anddistributes the Work Plan to all parties interested in exportingfumigated blueberries to the United States.5.3.3. Cooperate jointly with SENASA/USDA-APHIS of alltraining needed by SENASA Inspectors, Technical Directorsand Fumigation Center Operators.
