(COPEXEU).All certified blueberries will be subject to inspection and otherrelated actions at the ports of entry to the United States byCustoms and Border Protection (CBP).If required, an update will be made the changes to the Work Planand will be ratified in writing by all signing parties.4. RESPONSABILIDADES DE LOS PARTICIPANTES5.1 SENASA5.1.1 Es responsable primario de la ejecución y supervisión detodas las actividades del Programa de Certificación en origen dearándanos frescos, fiscalizando las distintas etapas (Anexo IV,Anexo VIII, PPQ 535, Reportes de Fumigación y el CertificadoFitosanitario).5.1.2 Verificar que todos los participantes cumplandebidamente con sus responsabilidades.5.1.3 Facilitar inspectores suficientes para asegurar elcumplimiento de todos los procedimientos y requisitos delpresente Plan de Trabajo.5.1.4 Proporcionar suficientes alternativas de comunicación(teléfonos, faxes, u otros) en la oficina del SENASAcorrespondiente para coordinar, desarrollar y atenderadecuadamente las solicitudes recibidas durante los horariosoficiales de los días hábiles5.1.5 Registrar por escrito cualquier observación relevante,que surja durante la supervisión, en el Libro foliado, específicopara este proceso, facilitado por el Centro de FumigaciónEjecutar actos correctivos si fuera necesario derivados de lasobservaciones y asentarlos.5.1.6 Capacitar y evaluar, en cooperación con el USDA-APHIS-IS, a los inspectores del SENASA. Para esta actividad sepuede requerir el apoyo de instituciones/empresas aprobadas porel SENASA o el USDA-APHIS. Enviar a USDA-APHIS enpretemporada un registro de los inspectores que participarán enel Plan de Trabajo, donde se incluirá: firma, sello y localidad.5.1.7 Supervisar a los inspectores de SENASA del Programade Certificación en Origen a través de la Dirección Nacional deProtección Vegetal.5.1.8 Establecer conjuntamente con USDA APHIScronogramas regionales con fecha límite para aprobar y certificarCentros de Fumigación.5.1.9 Comunicar al USDA-APHIS anomalías y acciones de noconformidad detectadas en la ejecución del Programa deCertificación en origen de arándanos frescos.5.1.10 Firmar Acuerdos Operacionales con todos los Centros defumigación que participen del Programa de Certificación enorigen de arándanos frescos en forma conjunta con USDA-5. RESPONSIBILITES OF THE PARTICIPANTS5.1 SENASA5.1.1. The supervision and execution of all thecertification in origin of fresh blueberries Program activities, thecontrol of the different stages of the process (Annex IV, PPQ535, Fumigation Records and Phytosanitary Certificate).5.1.2. Verify that all parties involved fulfill theirresponsibilities properly5.1.3. Provide an adequate numbers of inspectors toassure compliance with all procedures and requirements of theWork Plan.5.1.4. Provide sufficient communication support(telephones, faxes and others) at the corresponding SENASAoffices to adequately coordinate, develop or respond to anyrequirements during the official working hours.5.1.5. Keep written records in the Registry Bookspecifically provided by the Fumigation Center, of all relevantobservations during the supervision process, and make necessarycorrections, as a result of the observations.5.1.6. Provide the necessary training and evaluation of theSENASA inspectors in cooperation with USDA-APHIS-IS. Forthis specific activity support from other institutions approved bySENASA or USDA-APHIS may be utilized. Provides a list toUSDA-APHIS of the inspectors that will participate of theProgram, including their signatures, stamps and location,previous to the initiation of the export season.5.1.7. Supervise their inspectors assigned to theCertification Program in origin through the National PlantProtection Service Division.5.1.8. Establish together with USDA-APHIS regionalschedules with timeframe to approve and certify FumigationCenters in preseason5.1.9. Communicate to USDA-APHIS of any deviation orany non-conformity action that may occur during the process ofthe Program.5.1.10. Sign Compliance Agreements with all FumigationCenters participating of the Certification Program of fresh
