CERTIFICACIONPor SENASA: El Certificado Fitosanitario con la informacióngeneral del documento Internacional y en el campo 11(Tratamientos) se coloca T101 (i-1.1) . .Por USDA-APHIS: El Certificado PPQ 203 contiene el númeroasignado al embarque ademas de la información general(cantidad de cajas, numero de guia aerea, y si corresponde,precinto APHIS) de la partida.12. TRANSITOS INTERNACIONALES12.1 Terrestre-Aereo:La mercadería en Tránsito Internacional está amparada por lanormativa internacional NIMF 25 de la CIPF y NacionalArgentina, Decreto 1274/94.LA ONPF del país de tránsitos, en razón de tratarse de fruta dearándanos frescos de argentina, sometida a Tratamiento T101 (i-1.1) con destino final a E.U.A., realizará unicamente laverificación de los documentos que amparan la partida segúnNormativa local.12.2 Tránsito aereo en otros Aeropuertos:La Compañía Aérea es responsable de asegurar que semantengan las condiciones de resguardo de los ProductosCertificados, no permitiéndose ningún tipo de intervención oreacondicionamiento de la carga que viole los terminos delpresente plan de trabajo.13. VIOLACION DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS YREQUISITOSEn caso de constatarse incumplimientos o transgresiones a losprocedimientos y requisitos descriptos en este Plan de Trabajo,el infractor será pasible de las sanciones establecidas por elDecreto 1585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996 sustituido por susimilar Nº 680 del 1 de septiembre de 2003. Sin perjuicio deello, preventivamente, se podrán adoptar las acciones previstasen la Resolución 488 del 4 de junio de 2002 del Registro delServicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Vegetal y en laDisposición 1 del 23 de enero de 2003 de la Dirección Nacionalde Fiscalización Agroalimentaria del SENASA. Las sanciones oacciones tomadas por el SENASA deberán ser informadas porescrito al Representante del APHIS en la República Argentina.10.3. Any new container, package or design not fulfillingprevious regulations or to be used by the Exporting Sector in thepacking of products mentioned in point 4., will require previousauthorization of the USDA-APHIS office in Argentina.11. CERTIFICATIONBy SENASA: The phytosanitary certificate with the generalinformation of the International document, should include thePPQ 203 Number in field 10 (Additional declarations) andTreatment T101 (i-1.1) . in field 11.By USDA-APHIS: the PPQ Form 203 Certificate contains anumber specific to an individual shipment in addition to thegeneral information (amount of boxes, air waybill or bill oflading number, and APHIS seal number, when applicable) ofthat shipment.12. INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT12.1 Ground and air transportation:Any merchandise in international transit is protected by theinternational Norm NIMF 25 from IPPC and Argentine DecreeNo. 1274/94.The local NPPO will reject any shipment of products to the U.S.due to safeguarding deficiency failures in the interior of each ofthe cargo units. APHIS and SENASA must always beinformed.12.2 Air transit in other Airports:The airline company will be responsible of maintainingsafeguarding conditions of all Certified Products, forbidding anytype of intervention which may cause violation of the terms andconditions of the Work Plan.13. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS AND SANCTIONS:Any infringements to the Work Plan procedures andrequirements descripted in this Work Plan, will be liable tosanctions as listed by SENASA Decree 1585/96, datedDecember 19, 1996, substituted by Decree No. 680 datedSeptember 1, 2003.Preventively other actions may be taken provided by Resolution488 dated June 4, 2002 from SENASA and decree 1 datedJanuary 23, 2003 from the SENASA prosecutor’s office.The APHIS representative in Argentina must be informed inwriting of any sanctions or actions taken by SENASA.
