AVISO IMPORTANTEREGLAMENTO PARA AÑADIR LOS ARTÍCULOS 1101.01-1-1 AL 1102.07-1 ALREGLAMENTO NÚM. 8049 DE 21 DE JULIO DE 2011.El Departamento de Hacienda, de conformidad con la Sección 2.1 de la Ley Núm. 170de 12 de agosto de 1988, según enmendada, conocida como "Ley de ProcedimientoAdministrativo Uniforme del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico", publica este avisopara la promulgación del Proyecto de Reglamento arriba mencionado.Este Reglamento tiene el propósito de implantar las disposiciones de las Secciones1101.01 a 1102.07 de la Ley 1-2011, conocida como "Código de Rentas Internas dePuerto Rico de 2011”, relacionadas a las reglas de tributación de las entidades sin finesde lucro.El texto del Reglamento propuesto estará disponible durante días y horas laborables enla Oficina Núm. 802 del Edificio Intendente Ramírez, localizado en el número 10, PaseoCovadonga en San Juan, Puerto Rico.
