Las coladeras que hay en el perímetro del terreno son muy pequeñas, por lotanto, en época de lluvias suelen taparse con hojas y basura, al ser Santa Fe una zona dondellueve mucho y con muchas pendientes las corrientes de agua que se hacen en las callespueden ser muy grandes.31
