Asimismo, proponemosa la familia como pilar básico don<strong>de</strong> se apoya la persona con enfermedad mental.La situación clínica y social, si no hay recursos sociales que acompañen, pue<strong>de</strong> ocasionaruna claudicación familiar. El sistema familiar se refleja en el paciente comoel sistema social. Si el sistema social con el que se intenta paliar las <strong>de</strong>ficiencias enla familia no es el a<strong>de</strong>cuado y sus dispositivos no están integrados, sólo alcanzan apaliar <strong>de</strong>ficiencias, e incluso pue<strong>de</strong> contribuir a perpetuarlas. Por lo tanto <strong>de</strong>stacamoscomo prioritario un enfoque don<strong>de</strong> la familia sea el eslabón que vincula a la personacon la sociedad.BIBLIOGRAFÍA1.
