Los principalesfactores personales del profesional son: laorientación teórica, el uso del lenguaje,variables sociológicas e individuales.El artículo trata de reflejar todasestas variables y sus relaciones, pararecordar a los profesionales la necesidadde controlarlas con el fin de paliar susefectos, evitando el sesgo en la informaciónrecogida.Palabras claves: Relación terapéutica,Factores personales. Intersubjetividad.ABSTRACTRelationship with the other is themain instrument working in Mental HealthServices, but it depends of the positionof both observer and observed person.Every science that use observation considerfour elements: the observer, theobserved facts, the searched informationand observer rol. Main personal factorsof the professional are: theorical formation,language use and sociological andindividual variables.This article describe these variablesand their relations, to remember professionalsthat they must control them topalliate the effects, avoiding the biaswhen obtaining information.Keywords: therapeutics relationship,personal factors, intersubjectivity.
