Disconnect the service hoses (10) and (11) and press ENTER toconfirm.✓ The service hoses will now be drained. The device is then ready forfurther use.2. Screw the valve caps of the air conditioning system back on theconnections.8.7 Flushing the air conditioning systemINOTEENTER-OK STOP-EXITThe “Flushing” menu is used to flush the vehicle air conditioning systemwith fresh refrigerant. Flushing is especially suitable for replacing oldcompressor oil or removing most metallic residue from the system.Before flushing, the refrigerant must first be extracted from the airconditioning system. Afterwards, the system components which cannot beflushed must be disconnected from the refrigerant circuit (for example, thecompressor or filter). After that, the components to be flushed are connectedto the service ports of the <strong><strong>AirCon</strong><strong>Service</strong>Center</strong> using special adapters toform a flushing circuit.1. First fit the connections of the <strong><strong>AirCon</strong><strong>Service</strong>Center</strong> to the vehicle airconditioning system and open them.2.
