El Secretanodeterminará el método denotificación.(e) Cada empleado deberá cumplir con las normas desegundad y salud ocupacionales y con todas las reglas,reglamentos y órdenes emitidas de conformidad con estaley, que sean aplicables a sus propios actos yconducta.(f) Cada empleado deberá usar y cuidar el equipo deprotección personal summrstrádole por su patrono.(g) Ningún empleado deberá remover, quitar, damnificar,destruir, sustraer, o dejar de usar cualqiner aparato desegundad o salvaguardia que haya Sido suministrado oprovisto para usarse en cualquier empleo o sitio de.empleo, ni deberá Intervenir en manera alguna con dichoaparato o artefacto de segundad mientras lo esté usandootra persona, ni ningún empleado deberá intervenir con eluso de ningún método, proceso o sistema, adoptado parala protección de empleados, ni podrá dejar de, nidescudarse en hacer, todo aquello que searazonablemente necesario para proteger la segundad y laVida de él mismo o de otros empleados. El Incumplimientocon esta sucsecoón por parte del empleado no relevaráalpatrono de sus deberes baJO esta ley.(h) Cada dueño de cualquer local usado en todo en partecomo un sitio de empleo, deberá cumplir con todas lasnormas de salud y segundad ocupacionales y todas lasreglas, reglamentos y órdenes emitidas de acuerdo conesta ley, respecto a aquellas partes del local baro sucontrol y no baJO elcontrol del patrono. El dejar de cumplircon las mismas hará que el dueño de dicho local quedesqeto a los procedimientos de cumplimiento y laspenalidades aplicables a los patronos baJO esta ley. Taldueño tendrá los mismos derechos que un patrono baJOesta ley. Noncompliance with thls subsection on thepart of the employee shall not relieve the employer fromhls duties under thls act.(h) Each owner of any ixemeee used m whole or In partas a place of employment shall comply with all theoccupational safety and health standard and all rules,regulations and orders ISSUed pursuant to th,s act, withrespect to those parts of the txemses under tus controland not under the control of the employer. Failure tocomply therewith shall make the owner of sald premlsessub¡ect to the enforcement proceedings and the penaltiesapplicable to employé under th,s act. Such owner shallhave the same nghts as an employer under thlS act.Nothmg m th,s section shall be construed to relieve anemployer oftus duties under th,s section.5
