Projecte d’una pista poliesportiva descoberta i edifici de serveis annex a la urbanització La Soleia de Lloret de Mar.Plec de Condicions Tècniques Tècniques.0.- ELEMENTS QUE CONTEMPLA EL PLECK863U001.1.- DEFINICIÓ I CONDICIONS DE LES PARTIDES D'OBRA EXECUTADESRevestiment vertical de paraments, realitzat amb planxa metàl·lica d'acer corten, fixada a l’estructura de suport mitjançant perfils.L'execució de la unitat d'obra inclou les operacions següents:- Neteja i preparació de la superfície de suport- Replanteig de l'especejament en el parament- Col·locació de les plaques- Col·locació de les fixacions mecàniques- Segellat dels junts, cas que sigui necessariCONDICIONS GENERALS:El conjunt ha de quedar aplomat i ben ancorat al suport.El conjunt acabat ha de tenir un color uniforme.La superfície d’acabat dels plafons ha de ser uniforme, sense defectes en el seu revestiment.Les fixacions dels perfils s’han de col·locar en els forats previstos.Les plaques han d'estar alineades en la direcció vertical i en la direcció horitzontal.El conjunt dels elements col·locats ha de ser estanc.La part superior i les cantonades han d'estar protegides, de l'entrada d'aigua, amb peces especials del mateix acabat que la placa.Totes les fixacions han de portar una volandera d'estanqueitat.Les plaques han de quedar col·locades de forma que es puguin moure lliurement en tots els sentits, respecte del suport.Les fixacions han de ser de metall compatible amb el de la planxa.Les unions laterals entre plaques han de quedar protegides en el sentit del recorregut de l'aigua i del vent dominant.Punts de fixació per placa: >= 6Distància entre la fixació i els extrems de la placa: >= 2 cmToleràncies d'execució:- Aplomat entre dues plaques consecutives: ± 10 mm- Aplomat total: ± 30 mm- Paral·lelisme entre dues plaques consecutives: ± 5 mm- Paral·lelisme del conjunt de plaques: ± 10 mm- Nivell entre dues plaques consecutives: ± 2 mm- Nivell entre les plaques d'una filada: ± 10 mm2.- CONDICIONS DEL PROCÉS D'EXECUCIÓS'han d'aturar els treballs quan la velocitat del vent sigui superior a 50 km/h o plogui. Projecte d’una pista poliesportiva descoberta i edifici de serveis annex a la urbanització La Soleia de Lloret de Mar.Plec de Condicions Tècniques Tècniques.K8JA7651.1.- DEFINICIÓ I CONDICIONS DE LES PARTIDES D'OBRA EXECUTADESFormació del remat superior d'una paret.S'han considerat els tipus de peces següents:- Planxa metàl·lica col·locada amb fixacions mecàniques.S'han considerat els tipus de planxa següents:- Acer galvanitzat- AluminiL'execució de la unitat d'obra inclou les operacions següents:- Neteja i preparació de la superfície de suport- Replanteig de l'aresta de coronament- Col·locació de les peces- Segellat dels junts- Neteja del paramentCONDICIONS GENERALS:A l'element acabat no hi ha d'haver peces esquerdades, trencades, escantonades ni tacades.Ha de tenir el color i la textura uniformes.Les peces han de quedar ben adherides al suport i han de formar una superfície amb la planeitat prevista a la DT.Els junts entre les peces han d'estar reblerts.Els junts han de ser estancs.En les peces amb trencaaigües o col·locades amb els cantells a escaire, aquests han de sobresortir respecte a l'acabat de la paret.Ha de tenir junts de dilatació necessaris per a garantir l’estabilitat de l’element, els quals ha de complir amb les especificacions del Plec deCondicions Tècniques corresponent.S'han de respectar els junts estructurals.Pendent (Façanes): >= 10ºVolada del trencaaigües: >= 2 cmDistància entre junts de dilatació:- Pedra artificial, natural o morter de ciment:
