Start Screen<br />

When first turned on, the protection unit presents the screen below on the display for<br />

approximately 2 seconds:<br />

After this period, the standard screen is presented, where the instantaneous currents by<br />

phase are read:<br />

T: * * * * N: * * * *<br />

AttentIon!<br />

In the case of the instantaneous current being less than 5% of the maximum<br />

nominal current (In max.) of the circuit breaker, “****” will be shown on the<br />

display.<br />

Indication/Signaling of the occurrence of Faults<br />

In the case of tripping through overload, short circuit or lack of ground, the protection unit<br />

indicates the fault through the LCD display, and signals it through LEDs in the front and<br />

alarm contacts.<br />

Indication of Fault on the LCD Display:<br />

FAULT : R<br />

TYPE : L_INV<br />

Message Meaning reset<br />

FAULT Indicates there was a fault and in which phase it occurred.<br />

TYPE<br />

Type of fault:<br />

L_INV Overload (L function)<br />

S_INV Timed short circuit (S function)<br />

INST Instantaneous short circuit (I function)<br />

GND Lack of ground (G function)<br />

For reset of the<br />

display, press the<br />

ENT key and then<br />

the FUNC key.<br />
