To remove the circuit breaker from inside the removal carriage, place it in the REMOVED<br />

(DISCONNECTED) position. Greater details regarding the removal procedures may be found<br />

on page 23. Pull the tracks totally out, fit the removable hooks on the side of the circuit<br />

breaker (as indicated for the fixed circuit breaker) and suspend it by means of a winch.<br />

Other important recommendations:<br />

When moving the circuit breaker, do it slowly, avoiding impacts to it;<br />

Do not pass ropes or cables through the removable hooks or through the suspension<br />

grommets of the removal carriage. Always use locking safety hooks, suspending it by<br />

means of a winch:<br />

The suspension cables must not be less than 45º from horizontal.<br />

1.8 StorAge<br />

If there is a need to store the circuit breaker before its installation, keep it in its original packaging,<br />

in a clean, dry, ventilated and heated place to avoid condensation.<br />

When it is no longer in its original packaging, protect it from dust or humidity covering it with a<br />

plastic film or tarpaulin. Do not store the circuit breaker in an uncovered place or exposed to<br />

adverse weather conditions.<br />

Be sure to maintain the circuit breaker, when stored, in the OFF condition,<br />

and with the SPRINGS DISCHARGED, which may be checked through the<br />

front indicators, in accordance with the figure below:<br />
