a<strong>de</strong>quate thermal and overloadingprotection has been connected andadjusted to the corresponding limits.- If a ventilator is installed in a duct, the ductmust be exclusively for the ventilationsystem.Starting up.Before starting up the machine, make surethat:- The apparatus is well secured and theelectrical connections have been carriedout correctly.- The safety <strong>de</strong>vices have been a<strong>de</strong>quatelyconnected.- No loose material or fitting remains can besucked up by the ventilator. If the ventilatorhas been mounted in a duct, make sure itis clear of loose material.- The earth fittings are a<strong>de</strong>quatelyconnected.- The electrical safety <strong>de</strong>vices are correctlyconnected, a<strong>de</strong>quately adjusted and readyfor use.- The wire and electrical connections inputsare correctly sealed and water-tight.and perceptibly shorten the working life ofthe ventilator unit.- While cleaning, great care should be takennot to unstable the propeller or turbine.- All maintenance and repair work should becarried out in strict compliance with eachcountry’s current safety regulations.Recycling.- EEC Standards, together with theresponsibility we should assume withfuture generations in mind, oblige us torecycle all the materials we can. These inspections should becarried out bearing in mind the machine’sworking conditions, in or<strong>de</strong>r to avoid dirt ordust accumulating on the propeller, turbine,motor or grids.
