-155-________________________________________________________________________ARTICULO 7. PERIODO DE UTILIZACIÓN DEL CREDITO7.1. El CRÉDITO podrá utilizarse en cualquier DÍA HÁBIL desde la fecha de entrada envigor del CONVENIO DE CRÉDITO COMPRADOR y como máximo hasta 90(NOVENTA) días después de que se hayan cumplido las condiciones establecidaspara la efectividad del presente CONVENIO DE FINANCIACIÓN.El BANCO informará al ACREDITADO de todos los desembolsos con cargo alCRÉDITO dentro de los dos DÍAS HÁBILES siguientes a la fecha de dichadisposición.ARTICULO 8. FORMA DE DISPOSICIÓN DE LOS FONDOS DEL CREDITO8.1 El CRÉDITO sólo podrá utilizarse, de una sola vez, contra la presentación por elACREDITADO de la ORDEN DE PAGO, con el objeto específico definido en elARTICULO 2 del presente CONVENIO.8.2 La disposición del CRÉDITO podrá efectuarse cuando se cumplan las condicionesestipuladas en el ARTICULO 13 y como máximo el QUINTO (5) día hábil siguiente a laentrega de los PAGARES.8.3 La disposición del CRÉDITO se realizará en los términos del presente ARTICULO yse abonará al SUMINISTRADOR, en una cuenta en divisas abierta a su nombre, enBANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA, S.A.8.4. La responsabilidad del BANCO en la revisión del los documentos que se presenten alBANCO, en caso de que así se exija para producir la disposición con cargo alCRÉDITO, queda expresamente limitada a la que se establece en las Reglas y UsosUniformes de los Créditos Documentarios (revisión de 1993) de la Cámara deComercio Internacional (publicación 500).
