-113-________________________________________________________________________ARTICULO 8. PERIODO DE UTILIZACIÓN DEL CRÉDITO8.1. El CRÉDITO podrá utilizarse desde la fecha en que se cumplan las condicionesestablecidas para su toma de efectividad en el ARTICULO 18.2. hasta la finalizaciónde la ejecución del CONTRATO, y como máximo durante 8 (OCHO) meses contados apartir de la entrada en vigor del CONTRATO.Si al final del período de utilización definido en el párrafo anterior no se hubieradispuesto la totalidad de los fondos habilitados por el BANCO con cargo al CRÉDITO,el BANCO podrá autorizar, previa solicitud del ACREDITADO y conformidad delSUMINISTRADOR y, en su caso, CESCE, la utilización de las cantidades quequedaran disponibles a fin de permitir la final terminación del objeto específico delCONTRATO.8.2. En todo caso el BANCO podrá autorizar disposiciones del CRÉDITO hasta dos mesesdespués de la fecha establecida en la cláusula anterior, sin necesidad de conformidadexpresa del ACREDITADO, siempre que los documentos presentados por elSUMINISTRADOR para hacer efectiva la disposición de que se trate, de conformidadcon lo establecido al efecto en el ARTICULO 11., tengan fecha anterior a la establecidacomo límite en el ARTICULO 8.1. para el período de utilización del CRÉDITO.ARTICULO 9. CONDICIONES PARA LA UTILIZACIÓN DEL CRÉDITO9.1. Condiciones previas a la primera utilizaciónCon independencia del exacto cumplimiento de las condiciones previstas en elARTICULO 18.2. para la toma de efectividad del CRÉDITO, será requisitoindispensable que el COMPRADOR haya efectuado al SUMINISTRADOR el pagoinicial no financiado con cargo al CRÉDITO en los términos especificados en elARTICULO 10.1.A estos efectos se estipula expresamente que el cumplimiento de todas y cada una delas condiciones previstas en el ARTICULO 18.2, constituirá un mandato incondicional eirrevocable del ACREDITADO al BANCO para efectuar dicho pago.
