15.3. Test run1 Measure the voltage at the primary side of the circuit breaker.Check that it is 208/230 V.2 Carry out the test operation in accordance with the indoorinstallation manual and operation manual to ensure that allfunctions and parts are working properly.NOTE16. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICEIn order to ensure optimal operation of the unit, a number of checksand inspections should be carried out on the unit at regular intervals,preferably yearly.This maintenance shall be carried out by the installer or serviceagent.NOTENOTE ■ The unit requires a small amount of power inits standby mode. If the system is not to beused for some time after installation, shut offthe circuit breaker to eliminate unnecessarypower consumption.■If the circuit breaker trips to shut off thepower to the outdoor unit, the system willrestore the original operation mode when thepower supply is restored.Have the customer actually operate the unit whilelooking at the manual included with the indoor unit.Instruct the customer how to operate the unit correctly.DANGER: ELECTRICAL SHOCKSee "4. General safety precautions" on page 3.Touch a metal part by hand (such as the stop valve) inorder to eliminate static electricity and to protect thePCB before performing service.■After measuring the residual voltage, pull out theoutdoor fan connector.■ The outdoor fan may rotate due to strongbackblow wind, causing the capacitor to charge.This may result in an electric shock.After maintenance, make sure the outdoor fanconnector is connected again. Otherwise, the unit maybreak down.18. DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTSDismantling of the unit, treatment of the refrigerant, of oil and of otherparts must be done in accordance with relevant local and nationallegislation.19.
