Deliverables Memo

The InFoRMS User’s manual will be the end-user documentation detailing systemsoftware and hardware installation of the InFoRMS module. The User’s Manual begenerated in MS Word and submitted in both hard copy as well as .PDF format on or byMay 2, 2008.The InFoRMS Prototype Demonstration will be a demonstration of the completed,working prototype of the InFoRMS module using data generated using the InFoRMAsoftware and passed over the KAMU HD Radio transmission signal. This presentationwill be completed on or by May 2, 2008.The Final Project Report will include any and all pertinent documentation related to theresearch process, project management, design, integration and application of theInFoRMS project. The Final Project Report be generated in MS Word and submitted inboth hard copy as well as .PDF format on or by May 9, 2008.The Final Project Presentation will include a summary of the Final Project Report todescribe the InFoRMS project design. The Final Project Presentation be generated in MSPowerPoint and submitted in both hard copy as well as .PDF format, as well as presentedby all team members, on or by May 9, 2008.Figure 1: Deliverables TimetableAs shown in Figure 1, the software flowcharts will be submitted early in thedevelopment of InFoRMS. The preliminary PCB schematics will be submitted in lateFebruary. In April, the final PCB schematics and test report will be submitted. Thefunctioning prototype, along with all user documentation, will be demonstrated andsubmitted the first week of May.
