1. PROCURA DE AZÚCAR PARA LA PRODUCCIÓN DE JUGOS Y REFRESCOS<br />
1.1 Proceso <strong>de</strong> producción <strong>de</strong> azúcar nacion<strong>al</strong><br />
En la Gaceta Ofici<strong>al</strong> N° 40.085 <strong>de</strong>l 8 <strong>de</strong> enero <strong>de</strong> 2013 fue publicada la Resolución Conjunta <strong>de</strong> los Ministerios <strong>de</strong>l Po<strong>de</strong>r Popular para<br />
la Alimentación, para Industrias, para la Agricultura y Tierras y para el Comercio, mediante la cu<strong>al</strong> se establecen las proporciones<br />
mínimas obligatorias que los Centr<strong>al</strong>es Azucareros <strong>de</strong>ben cumplir <strong>al</strong> producir y comerci<strong>al</strong>izar azúcar para uso industri<strong>al</strong> o doméstico,<br />
en los porcentajes mínimos indicados a continuación:<br />
Uso doméstico 70%<br />
Uso industri<strong>al</strong> 30%<br />
Por lo tanto, sólo el 30% <strong>de</strong> la producción nacion<strong>al</strong> está <strong>de</strong>stinada para todos los procesos industri<strong>al</strong>es <strong>de</strong>l país, producción que<br />
resulta insuficiente para cubrir la <strong>de</strong>manda industri<strong>al</strong> nacion<strong>al</strong>. Por esta razón, Pepsi-Cola Venezuela solicita <strong>al</strong> Gobierno Nacion<strong>al</strong> las<br />
licencias y permisos exigidos para importar el azúcar según el requerimiento <strong>de</strong> consumo <strong>de</strong> producción.<br />
