Expropiación. - Título suficiente a favor <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Municipalidad. <br />
Pago <strong>de</strong> impuestos y gastos para <strong>la</strong> escrlturaeíón.<br />
La Ley <strong>de</strong> Expropiación que afecta a <strong>de</strong>terminados<br />
inmuebles ;ti <strong>la</strong> sentencia que <strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong>creta en cada caso en<br />
jaoor <strong>de</strong>l po<strong>de</strong>r público expropiante, constituyen titules<br />
suficientes para este último, siendo innecesaria <strong>la</strong> escrituracián,<br />
Si <strong>la</strong> 'Municipalidad <strong>la</strong> ha solicitado, es el<strong>la</strong> quien<br />
<strong>de</strong>be p(~gar los impuestos y qastos indispensables, aunque<br />
el expropiado, al otorgar <strong>la</strong> escritura <strong>de</strong> cenia, no haya<br />
hecho salvedad alguna.<br />
La Municipalidad <strong>de</strong>be <strong>de</strong>col cer también <strong>la</strong> parte<br />
que correspon<strong>de</strong> a su posesión en el pago <strong>de</strong>l im pucsto<br />
<strong>de</strong> contribución directa que el expropiado electuá por<br />
a<strong>de</strong><strong>la</strong>ntado.<br />
