Oklahoma City: At the end of each month, the TNC must provide a list to the regulator of all the vehicles that were permnamently deactivated. Seattle: Adverse findings and accidents involving drivers while they are active on a TNC dispatch system must be reported to the regulator once the TNC becomes aware of them. TNCs also have to report if they become aware of an adverse finding that would make a driver ineligible to have a license or to have been granted a license. If a driver is the victim of a crime and has not reported it to 911 the TNC is required to do so. The TNC is obligated to report passenger complaints to the regulator, quarterly. Spokane: Uber must report the number of trips it provides each month within the city. St. Paul: Information about all alleged violations of the cities rules must be maintained. Data can be requested at the discretion of the regulator. Virginia: Rasier must provide virginia with a list of 1000 unique identifier numbers for drivers. Record Keeping Austin: TNCs must maintain detailed records of all driver, past and present as well as any other information required by their agreement with the city. Cincinnati: TNCs must maintain up to date records of the drivers and vehicles on their platform, all trips, and all driver applications/background checks, for six months. Colorado: Vehicle inspection records need to be kept for 14 months, driver record checks for 3 years, and criminal record checks for 5 years. Columbus: TNCs need to keep the following records for 6 months: electronic trip records (including date, vehicle, driver, and total fare/donation) and vehicle records (including drivers, vehicle attributes, and the number of hours each driver is available or actively providing trips). These records may be inspected by the regulator in response to a passenger complaining or alleging a rules violation.
