purchase their own to satisfy the ordinance’s requirements). <br />
Baton Rouge: The policy also needs to provide uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage <br />
of $1,000,000 from trip acceptance to drop-‐off. <br />
California: Coverage between trip acceptance and passenger drop off must include <br />
$1,000,000 of underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage. Primary coverage is required in <br />
all app on states. <br />
Chattanooga: The required insurance may be excess liability coverage. <br />
Chicago A&B: TNPs must carry $1,000,000 of per incident general liability coverage. This <br />
