before use in an analytical system. Wash twice with 0.005 M
phosphate, pH 7.2, and re-suspend in 0.005 M phosphate – 1%
BSA buffer.
13. The reagent may be washed by centrifugation into other buffers for
use. If stored without lyophilization, add 1 mL of 2% (2 g/100 mL)
NaN 3 solution as a preservative. Immunobead reagent preserved
with sodium azide is generally stable for at least 180 days at 4°C.

Fluorolmmunoassay 1,2 – 0.1 to 1.0 mg Immunobead regents per point
Cell Labeling 3,4 – 0.1 to 0.2 mg Immunobead reagents per 10 6 cells
Radiolmmunoassay 5,6 – 0.1 to 2.0 mg Imunobead reagents per point
