Our employe<strong>es</strong><br />
evolucionado en positivo a lo largo de los últimos años.<br />
Esto se debe f<strong>un</strong>damentalmente a los <strong>es</strong>fuerzos por d<strong>es</strong>arrollar<br />
la Política de Calidad (ISO 9001) y a la mejora<br />
de los procedimientos de aplicación de la evaluación del<br />
aprendizaje y de la eficacia en los cursos que se imparten.<br />
El volumen total de horas de formación g<strong>es</strong>tionadas ha<br />
ascendido a más de 320.000 horas. Adicionalmente a las<br />
actividad<strong>es</strong> previstas inicialmente, se han realizado 184<br />
accion<strong>es</strong> de formación no programada de carácter <strong>es</strong>pecífico.<br />
Todo ello ha supu<strong>es</strong>to que durante el 2008 el 99,6% del<br />
personal ha recibido al menos <strong>un</strong> curso de formación, lo<br />
que supone más de 33 p<strong>un</strong>tos porcentual<strong>es</strong> con r<strong>es</strong>pecto<br />
al año 2007 y casi la totalidad de la plantilla adscrita a las<br />
<strong>un</strong>idad<strong>es</strong> de formación.<br />
El gasto asociado directamente a actividad<strong>es</strong> de formación<br />
ha ascendido a 3,7 millon<strong>es</strong> de euros. Como en ejercicios<br />
anterior<strong>es</strong>, <strong>Aena</strong> se ha beneficiado de las ayudas<br />
