realizado no interior da fábrica, são reunidas

das mesmas; da MEB para a rotulagem
autoadesiva seja com maquinas lineares ou
rotativas.

This project, which has been developed and
implemented entirely within the company,
brings together the expertise of GAITEC in the
washing and drying of bottles; of GAI in the
distribution, heat-shrinking and sleeking of
capsules; and of MEB in self-adhesive
labelling with both linear and rotary
machines.

The main advantages of the 9000 monoblocs

Die Monoblöcke der Serie 9000 leisten alle
erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte zur Verpackung
eines Qualitätsweines.
Und wieder einmal bietet die Firma GAI als
erste ein Produkt, das vollkommen den
Ansprüchen der Weinabfüller entspricht.
In dieses Projekt, das gänzlich innerhalb des
Betriebs abgewickelt und verwirklicht wurde,
flossen die Erfahrungen von GAITEC hinsichtlich
des Auswaschens und dem Trocknen der
Flaschen, von GAI hinsichtlich der Verteilung der
Kapseln, der Thermoschrumpfung oder dem
Plätten derselben, von MEB hinsichtlich der
selbstklebenden Etiketten sowohl mit linearen als
auch mit rotierenden Maschinen.
Die bauliche Qualität, die Vertrauenswürdigkeit
und die Materialien sind typisch für die Firma
GAI: mehr als 90% der Komponenten wurden
innerhalb des Betriebs mit modernster
Technologie hergestellt.
Die Vorteile der Monoblöcke 9000 sind
