2. Cirugía neurovascular pediátrica<br />
Cirugía en hipotermia profunda, circulación<br />
extracorpórea y parada circulatoria total.<br />
Paciente <strong>de</strong> 4 años con lesión que infiltra los principales vasos <strong>de</strong> drenaje.<br />
No hay drenaje venoso adicional.<br />
Arriba <strong>de</strong>recha:<br />
Cirugía combinada con equipos <strong>de</strong> cirujanos cardiovasculares y neurocirujanos<br />
trabajando en paralelo a través <strong>de</strong> esternotomía y craneotomía simultánea<br />
(Dres M. Gil Foutnier / A. Alvarez en 1 er plano y Dres J. Giménez / J Marquez al<br />
fondo).<br />
Abajo <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>recha a izquierda:<br />
Tumor resecado<br />
By-pass terminado previo a comienzo <strong>de</strong> circulación<br />
By-pass en circulación espontánea<br />
Control postquirúrgico sin evi<strong>de</strong>ncia <strong>de</strong> lesión tumoral.<br />
