INGROUNA COVERS
Cubierta de seguridad para piscina, destinada a impedir el fácil acceso a la
piscina a niños menores de 5 años.
Componentes metálicos: Tubo del enrollador en aluminio anodizado
“Qualicoat”, de acuerdo con la norma NP 12020 y NP 755. Opción de tubo
del enrollador en acero inoxidable AISI 316 L. Ejes de tracción/apoyo en acero
inoxidable AISI 316 L. Pasamuros y fijaciones en acero inoxidable AISI 316
L (mod. FIJI). Chapas de soporte laterales en acero inoxidables AISI 316 L
(mod. BERMUDA). Tornillos, arandelas y tuercas en acero inoxidable.
Componentes electrónicos: Cuadro electrónico con transformador de 220V
para 24V. Comando-llave de tres posiciones sin enclavamiento. Mando a
distancia en opción.
Motoreductores a 24V, Indice de impermeabilidad IP 55 ó IP 68.
A seco (IP 55):
-250Nm_U a 6,0 r.p.m. / 6,5 Amp (hasta 20x7,5m)*.
-500Nm_U a 4,0 r.p.m. / 13,0 Amp (hasta 20x9m)*.
En eje (IP 68):
-120Nm_S a 4,6 r.p.m. / 8,5 Amp (hasta 8x4,0m)*.
-300Nm_S a 2,8 r.p.m. / 8,0 Amp (hasta 20x7,5m)*.

Componentes plásticos y otros: Perfiles de cubierta en PVC rígido
homologado, según norma NFP 90-308. Apoyos de fijación, interna y externa
al eje, en PA6 (nylon). Contrapeso en PVC (con grava en el interior). Resortes
y fijaciones de seguridad en policarbonato reforzado. Cintas de seguridad y
fijación de las lamas en poliéster.

Metal parts: on anodized aluminum axel tube "Qualicoat" according to
the standard NP 755 and NP 12020. Possibility of stainless steel AISI
316 L axel tube. Axles / support in stainless steel AISI 316 L. Bushings

to the shaft, PA6 (nylon). Counterweight PVC (with gravel on the inside).
Springs and safety fixers reinforced polycarbonate. Straps and strips
fixing of polyester.
