■ The SMibs <strong>in</strong>terface module is used to<br />

set up an <strong>in</strong>terface betwe<strong>en</strong> the<br />

Tight<strong>en</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>System</strong> <strong>300</strong> and the Interbus<br />

S fi<strong>el</strong>d bus. The superior controller<br />

system, e.g. PLC control, thus controls<br />

the tight<strong>en</strong><strong>in</strong>g system via this <strong>in</strong>terface.<br />

The SMibs is <strong>in</strong>serted <strong>in</strong>to one of the<br />

unoccupied card-slots <strong>in</strong> the<br />

KE310/KE312 communication unit or <strong>in</strong><br />

the SE312.<br />

The module occupies an address space<br />

with a max. of 160 I/O po<strong>in</strong>ts (20 bytes)<br />

<strong>in</strong> the fi<strong>el</strong>d bus. Dep<strong>en</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g on the tight<strong>en</strong><strong>in</strong>g<br />

system requirem<strong>en</strong>ts, this address<br />

space can be adjusted from 16 I/O po<strong>in</strong>ts<br />

(2 bytes) up to 160 I/O po<strong>in</strong>ts (20 bytes).<br />

The adjustm<strong>en</strong>t is implem<strong>en</strong>ted <strong>in</strong> 2 byte<br />

<strong>in</strong>crem<strong>en</strong>ts with the BS<strong>300</strong> operat<strong>in</strong>g<br />

system. With a pure I/O coupl<strong>in</strong>g, the<br />

SMibs, <strong>in</strong> conjunction with the<br />

KE310/KE312, offers the option to transmit<br />

tight<strong>en</strong><strong>in</strong>g results to the bus master<br />

via the PCP (Peripherals Communication<br />

Protocol) data chann<strong>el</strong>.<br />

■ El módulo de <strong>in</strong>terface SMibs posibilita<br />

<strong>el</strong> acoplami<strong>en</strong>to d<strong>el</strong> <strong>sistema</strong> de atornillado<br />

<strong>300</strong> al bus de campo Interbus S.<br />

La dirección d<strong>el</strong> <strong>sistema</strong> de atornillado<br />

se realiza por medio d<strong>el</strong> <strong>sistema</strong> de control<br />

superior, p. ej. <strong>el</strong> control PLC. El<br />

SMibs se <strong>in</strong>troduce <strong>en</strong> una de las ranuras<br />

libres de la unidad de comunicación<br />

KE310/KE310 o SE312. El módulo<br />

ocupa, <strong>en</strong> <strong>el</strong> bus de campo, un espacio<br />

de direcciones de un máximo de<br />

160 puntos E/S (20 byte). Dicho espacio<br />

de direcciones es regulable desde<br />

16 puntos E/S (2 byte) hasta 160 puntos<br />

E/S (20 byte), dep<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>do de los<br />

requisitos de la <strong>in</strong>stalación de atornillado.<br />

La regulación se realiza <strong>en</strong> pasos de<br />

2 bytes con <strong>el</strong> programa de manejo<br />

BS<strong>300</strong>. Mediante <strong>el</strong> simple acoplami<strong>en</strong>to<br />

E/S, <strong>el</strong> SMibs ofrece, <strong>en</strong> comb<strong>in</strong>ación<br />

con KE310/KE312, la posibilidad de<br />

transmitir datos de los resultados de<br />

atornillado al master de bus a través d<strong>el</strong><br />

canal de datos PCP (Peripherals<br />

Communication Protocol).<br />

■ O módulo de <strong>in</strong>terface Smibs permite<br />

o acoplam<strong>en</strong>to do <strong>sistema</strong> de parafusadeira<br />

<strong>300</strong> ao fi<strong>el</strong>d bus Interbus S.<br />

Através deste é feito o acesso do <strong>sistema</strong><br />

de parafusam<strong>en</strong>to p<strong>el</strong>o <strong>sistema</strong> de<br />

comando sobreposto, p. ex. comando<br />

CLP. O SMibs é <strong>en</strong>caixado num dos<br />

pontos de <strong>en</strong>caixe livres da unidade de<br />

comunicação KE310/KE312 ou do<br />

SE312.<br />

O módulo ocupa um espaço de <strong>en</strong>dereçam<strong>en</strong>to<br />

de no máx. 160 pontos de<br />

<strong>en</strong>trada/saída (20 Byte) no fi<strong>el</strong>d bus.<br />

Dep<strong>en</strong>d<strong>en</strong>do das exigências da <strong>in</strong>stalação<br />

de parafusam<strong>en</strong>to, este espaço de<br />

<strong>en</strong>dereçam<strong>en</strong>to é reguláv<strong>el</strong> de 16 pontos<br />

de <strong>en</strong>trada/saída (2 Byte) até 160<br />

pontos de <strong>en</strong>trada/saída (20 Byte). A<br />

regulagem é feita p<strong>el</strong>o <strong>sistema</strong> de operação<br />

BS<strong>300</strong>, em estágios de 2 Bytes.<br />

Através do puro acoplam<strong>en</strong>to de <strong>en</strong>trada/saída,<br />

o SMibs em conjunto com a<br />

KE310/KE312 permite transmitir dados<br />

de resultados de parafusam<strong>en</strong>to ao busmaster,<br />

por meio do canal de dados<br />

PCP (Peripherals Communication<br />
