■ The KE310 communication unit coord<strong>in</strong>ates<br />

the <strong>in</strong>dividual tight<strong>en</strong><strong>in</strong>g controllers<br />

and organizes the <strong>in</strong>terfaces with external<br />

systems (e.g. PLC or c<strong>en</strong>tral computer). A<br />

standard bus system is used for system<strong>in</strong>ternal<br />

communication.<br />

There are two serial <strong>in</strong>terfaces and three<br />

unoccupied card-slots to connect to<br />

external systems which can be used to<br />

control the tight<strong>en</strong><strong>in</strong>g system and exchange<br />

data, if necessary. Various <strong>in</strong>terface<br />

modules are available to control the<br />

system and for data communication<br />

( 24 - 29).<br />

Three module slots x14, x15, and x16<br />

are available to accommodate SM24V,<br />

SMeth, SMibs, SMser und Smpdp <strong>in</strong><br />

arbitrary comb<strong>in</strong>ations ( 24 - 29).<br />

comunicación <strong>in</strong>terna d<strong>el</strong> <strong>sistema</strong> con<br />

los controles de atornillado se realiza<br />

mediante un <strong>sistema</strong> de bus estándar.<br />

Para la conexión a <strong>sistema</strong>s externos,<br />

lleva <strong>in</strong>corporados dos <strong>in</strong>terfaces <strong>en</strong><br />

serie y tres ranuras libres. Con <strong>el</strong>lo se<br />

puede dirigir <strong>el</strong> <strong>sistema</strong> de atornillado y<br />

realizar ev<strong>en</strong>tualm<strong>en</strong>te los <strong>in</strong>tercambios<br />

de datos necesarios. Para <strong>el</strong> control y la<br />

comunicación de datos, exist<strong>en</strong> varios<br />

módulos <strong>in</strong>terface disponibles<br />

( 19 - 23).<br />

Las tres ranuras de los módulos x14,<br />

x15 y x16 se <strong>en</strong>cu<strong>en</strong>tran disponibles<br />

para alojar SM24V, SMeth, SMibs,<br />

SMser y Smpdp <strong>en</strong> comb<strong>in</strong>aciones de<br />

libre <strong>el</strong>ección ( 24 - 29).<br />

■ A unidade de comunicação KE310<br />

coord<strong>en</strong>a os comandos de parafusadeira<br />

<strong>in</strong>dividuais e organiza as <strong>in</strong>terfaces<br />

com <strong>sistema</strong>s externos (p.ex. controlador<br />

de recursos operacionais ou processador<br />

c<strong>en</strong>tral). A comunicação <strong>in</strong>terna<br />

do <strong>sistema</strong> com os comandos de<br />

parafusadeiras é feita por meio de um<br />

<strong>sistema</strong> bus standard.<br />

Para a ligação com <strong>sistema</strong>s externos<br />

há duas <strong>in</strong>terfaces seriais e três pontos<br />

de <strong>en</strong>caixe livres. Através destes é possív<strong>el</strong><br />

acessar o <strong>sistema</strong> de parafusam<strong>en</strong>to<br />

e, se for necessário, efetuar um<br />

<strong>in</strong>tercâmbio de dados. Para o acesso e<br />

a comunicação de dados há diversos<br />

módulos de <strong>in</strong>terface disponíveis<br />

( 19 - 23).<br />

Slots not occupied with <strong>in</strong>terface modules are to be<br />

closed off with the BP302 dummy pan<strong>el</strong>.<br />

no ocupadas con módulos de <strong>in</strong>terface se deb<strong>en</strong><br />

cerrar con la placa ciega BP302.<br />

comunicação com <strong>sistema</strong>s sobrepostos. Pontos<br />

de <strong>en</strong>caixe não ocupados por módulos de <strong>in</strong>terface<br />

devem ser fechados com a placa cega BP302.<br />
