CAPÍTULO I- DEFINICIÓN DEL CASO<br />
1.3.- EL LUGAR<br />
Emplazado en la costanera <strong>de</strong> la ciudad y es entrada al sector financiero.<br />
-CONVERGENCIA DE MIRADAS:<br />
El lugar geográficamente enuncia el angostamiento abrupto <strong>de</strong> la trama<br />
urbana, lo que produce un “quiebre” entre las manzanas que convergen<br />
entre sí, en la cual el edificio Luis Cousiño (edificio elegido para intervenir) se<br />
cruza entre las vistas, it <strong>de</strong>lante, <strong>de</strong>trás yal fondo.<br />
-TENSIONES:<br />
Se construye un área <strong>de</strong> tensión enmarcada entre 4 edificios posicionados,<br />
tendiendo d todo a escapar. En esta composición ió suce<strong>de</strong>n diálogos <strong>de</strong><br />
encuentro y pasadas fugaces, un área <strong>de</strong> arribo pero que no logra la<br />
permanencia, una abertura don<strong>de</strong> el tránsito se <strong>de</strong>svanece.<br />
