3.1.- PROPUESTA ARQUITECTÓNICA<br />
-”PRISMA CONTENIDO”:<br />
La propuesta p consiste en recuperar la fachada patrimonial existente a través<br />
<strong>de</strong> un edificio contenido <strong>de</strong>ntro <strong>de</strong> otro, con la voluntad <strong>de</strong> hacerlo resaltar y<br />
apartir<strong>de</strong>unmo<strong>de</strong>lonuevoreinsertar lo antiguo <strong>de</strong>ntro <strong>de</strong>l tejido urbano,<br />
social y cultural <strong>de</strong> la ciudad.<br />
En relación a la óptica <strong>de</strong> Valparaíso y sus múltiples l miradas, el edificio<br />
i<br />
reconoce esta ley para hacerse como un prisma, cuya acepción es un objeto<br />
capaz <strong>de</strong> refractar y reflejar la luz. De este modo, el prisma es la forma <strong>de</strong><br />
cómo volver hacer aparecer esta estructura preexistente.<br />
