two, and link to horizon three, will be the winners.

In conclusion, today’s leaders need to understand the context of
short term realities, of longer term challenges and opportunities, and
relate Boardroom experiences and expectations. There are very few people
who do that. Many provide a short term view, some give the business
perspective, but if you can map the macro of economics to the micro
business decisions, you have a fantastic opportunity to have a holistic
conversation in the Boardroom. Just remember efficient growth and the
number three. These are the beginnings of understanding the uncertain
world that will remain for the next twelve-eighteen months.
This is about looking at the world though multiple lenses. It is not
about the short term but about understanding the long term. It is not
about keeping our heads down. It is about recognizing the speed at
which things are moving.
