To identify which factors of the intercultural communicative competence
affect the SOCIAL ADAPTATION of the Ex-A-Tec expatriate
we also carried out a regression analysis. As can be seen in Table
4, three 11 of the five variables of the intercultural communicative competence
construct –cultural sensitivity, intercultural relations and intercultural
awareness– affect the social adaptation of the expatriate.
