To identify which factors of the intercultural communicative competence<br />

affect the SOCIAL ADAPTATION of the Ex-A-Tec expatriate<br />

we also carried out a regression analysis. As can be seen in Table<br />

4, three 11 of the five variables of the intercultural communicative competence<br />

construct –cultural sensitivity, intercultural relations and intercultural<br />

awareness– affect the social adaptation of the expatriate.<br />
