5.2 Statistical Analysis
5.2.1. Analysing the multiple dimensions of the expatriate’s adaptation
To confirm the different dimensions of the adaptation identified by
Black and Stephens (1989) we include 14 items, using a Likert type
scale with 5 points (1= not adapted at all 5= very adapted) 8 .
