Anexo 6.2. Resultados de la búsqueda, selección y
valoración de la calidad de la evidencia según las etapas
realizadas
1) Se identificaron 115 documentos: guías, revisiones e IA. Al aplicar los criterios de selección
(al título y/o resumen), se excluyeron 73. De los 42 incluidos (14 eran potenciales guías)
se solicitó el documento completo. Después de su revisión quedaron excluidos 28 (11 por no
considerarse guías 421-431 ) y 15 incluidos (3 guías y 12 revisiones). Después de valorar la calidad
con los instrumentos específicos, se excluyeron 2 GPC 14, 18 y 11 revisiones. Sólo dos documentos
cumplían los criterios de calidad: una GPC del NICE 30 y una RSEC de la AHRQ 31 .
En las tablas de evidencia de los diferentes capítulos, se hace referencia a la calidad de cada
una de las RSEC. No en el caso de la única GPC de calidad, que se describe sólo como GPC.
