Service tasks AirCon Service Center “R134a to system” indicates how many grams of refrigerant have been added to the air conditioning systems using the menu item “Short selection” or “Free selection” since the last reset (see date). “Vacuum time” indicates how long the vacuum pump has operated since the last reset (see date). “Service completed” displays the amount of service work performed using the air conditioning service unit since the last reset (see date). 9.4 Calibrating the pressure transducer I NOTE The pressure transducer has to be correctly calibrated in order to make accurate pressure measurements. Calibration is required: • Every four weeks • If the AirConServiceCenter has been subjected to heavy shaking • Every time the vacuum pump oil is changed • If the display shows implausible pressure readings 1. You can look up the current atmospheric pressure for your region on the Internet, for example at http://www.meteo24.de/wetter/ under “air pressure”. 8. When calibration has been completed, press ENTER to exit the menu. 9. Press STOP twice to access the standby menu. 10. Screw the service couplings (12) and (13) hand-tight onto the service hoses (10) and (11), taking care not to mix up the red and blue markings on the couplings and hoses. EN 95
