If “Filling phase” has been selected, enter the required value, otherwise continue with “Select connections”. 3. Enter the refrigerant oil quantity. 4. Press the cursor key . 5. Press ENTER to confirm all settings. • If extraction is taking place in the same process sequence, the quantity of fresh oil is counted as an additional filling quantity, and is added to the drained oil quantity extracted beforehand. If this value is set to 0, exactly the quantity of oil which was extracted will be filled again. • To add fresh oil or UV additive, a vacuum process must be performed in the same process sequence. Process start? 8.6.5 After ending the air conditioning service ✓ After the air conditioning service has finished, you will be prompted to disconnect the hoses of the AirConServiceCenter from the vehicle air conditioning system. 1. Disconnect the service hoses (10) and (11) and press ENTER to confirm. ✓ The service hoses will now be drained. The device is then ready for further use. 2. Screw the valve caps of the air conditioning system back on the connections. 8.7 Flushing the air conditioning system I NOTE ENTER-OK STOP-EXIT The “Flushing” menu is used to flush the vehicle air conditioning system with fresh refrigerant. Flushing is especially suitable for replacing old compressor oil or removing most metallic residue from the system. Before flushing, the refrigerant must first be extracted from the air conditioning system. Afterwards, the system components which cannot be flushed must be disconnected from the refrigerant circuit (for example, the compressor or filter). After that, the components to be flushed are connected to the service ports of the AirConServiceCenter using special adapters to form a flushing circuit. 1. First fit the connections of the AirConServiceCenter to the vehicle air conditioning system and open them. 2. 8.6.5 After ending the air conditioning service<br />

✓ After the air conditioning service has finished, you will be prompted to<br />

disconnect the hoses of the <strong><strong>AirCon</strong><strong>Service</strong>Center</strong> from the vehicle air<br />

conditioning system.<br />

1. Disconnect the service hoses (10) and (11) and press ENTER to<br />

confirm.<br />

✓ The service hoses will now be drained. The device is then ready for<br />

further use.<br />
