RESERVAS
Para efectuar sus reserva puede hacerlo directamente en el Spa o llamando a las extensiones 4080 – 4081. Le recomendamos que
reserve su tratamiento o circuito con al menos 1 día de antelación.
RESERVATIONS
To reserve a treatment you can visit our Spa directly or call extensions 1843/1861. We suggest you book your treatment or circuit at
least 1 day in advance.
CHECK-IN PARA TRATAMIENTOS
Para su comodidad, rogamos que se registre en la recepción de U Spa unos 15 minutos antes de la hora de su terapia. Para el
buen funcionamiento del Spa, exigimos por favor máxima puntualidad.
TREATMENT CHECK-IN
For your comfort, we ask you register at our U Spa reception approximately 15 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to commence.
For the correct functioning of the Spa, we require strict punctuality please.
CUESTIONARIOS
La primera vez que se registre en U Spa deberá completar un cuestionario sencillo y confidencial en el que se reflejan datos como
sus hábitos alimenticios, estado de salud, alergias, etc. Esto nos permite crear una ficha personal, que su terapeuta actualizará con
información complementaria como su tipo de piel, tratamientos adquiridos, etc. Para poder estudiar cuidadosamente su caso y
asegurarnos en todo momento que le ofrecemos el tratamiento y los productos adecuados a sus necesidades.
QUESTIONNAIRES
The first time you register at U Spa we request you to complete a simple and confidential questionnaire that will reflect information
concerning your eating habits, allergies, etc. This allows us to create a personal file that your therapist will update with further information
such as your skin type, treatments purchased, etc. in order to carefully evaluate each individual case and to ensure that we
are offering you the best treatments and products at all times.
CONSULTAS
Si es un nuevo usuario de U Spa y está pensando en iniciar cualquiera de nuestros tratamientos intensivos, puede solicitar una cita
previa con un terapeuta especializado o con la dirección del Spa. Las consultas están incluidas como parte de nuestro servicio
para aconsejar y diagnosticar el mejor tratamiento a seguir según sus necesidades. Además, se le explicará en detalle cómo es el
tratamiento y cuáles son los resultados. También recomendamos mantener alguna reunión adicional a lo largo del tratamiento para
estudiar y discutir sobre su evolución y satisfacción. De esta manera, nos aseguramos de ofrecerle el mejor servicio posible de la
forma más segura y de conseguir los mejores resultados.
CONSULTATIONS
If you are a new U Spa user and you are planning to indulge in any of our intensive treatments, you may request a free consultation
prior to your therapy with a specialized therapist or with Spa management. These consultations are included as part of our service
in order to help and advise you on the appropriate treatment to follow according to your needs. You will also receive a detailed explanation
of the treatment and the results you should obtain. We also recommended you attend an additional meeting/s during your
therapy to discuss treatment progress and satisfaction. This way we can be sure to offer the safest and best service possible, while
providing the best results we can.
CANCELACIÓN DE TRATAMIENTOS
Si necesitas cancelar su reserva deberá hacerlo con al menos 2 horas de antelación; 24 horas si se trata de un paquete. Para
grupos de 4 personas o más requerimos 48 horas de pre-aviso. Cualquier cancelación será penalizada con un 30% de la tarifa o
con pérdida del depósito. En caso de que no se acuda a ala cita sin previo aviso, se le cargará el 100% del tratamiento o servicio
reservado.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your booking, you should do this at least 4 hours in advance; 24 hours if you have reserved packages. For
groups we require 48 hours notice. Any subsequent cancellation will be charged 30% of the tariff or loss of any deposit. If you do
not attend a reserved session and do not inform our reception, you will be required to pay the complete tariff of reserved therapy.
OTRAS NORMAS
Quisiéramos destacar que U Spa es un Spa no fumador; si desea fumar, le rogamos lo haga fuera del recinto. Le aconsejamos que
no deje sus pertenencias de valor (teléfonos móviles, cámaras de fotos, etc.) en las instalaciones del Spa. Por respeto a clientes
que estén recibiendo tratamiento personalizado o relajándose en las zonas comunes, rogamos a todos nuestros clientes que
mantengan un tono de voz moderado en el Spa. El uso de alcohol y de sustancias ilegales está estrictamente prohibido. Todos los
usuarios deben ser mayores de 16 años. U Spa se reserva el derecho de entrada.
OTHER SPA POLICIES
We would like to emphasize that U Spa is a non-smoking Spa; if you wish to smoke, we ask you to do so outside the premises. We
recommend that you do not bring items of value (mobile phones, cameras, etc.) to the Spa. Out of respect for other clients who
are receiving treatments or relaxing in the communal areas, we request clients to maintain a moderate tone of voice throughout the
Spa. Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. All Spa users must be 16 years old or over. U Spa reserves
the right to control Spa entry.
