SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM RECIPES<br />
Vanilla<br />
12 oz. Whipping Cream 12 oz. Whole Milk<br />
1/2 Cup Sugar 1-1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract<br />
Pour cream, milk, sugar and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients by hand until sugar is<br />
dissolved. Follow Steps 1 – 3 in the instructions, turn machine "On" and then pour the mixed<br />
ingredients into the "Fill" opening on the top of the machine (see Steps 4 – 5).<br />
Chocolate<br />
12 oz. Whipping Cream 12 oz. Whole Milk<br />
3/4 Cup Sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract<br />
3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder<br />
Pour cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients by hand<br />
until sugar is dissolved. Follow Steps 1 – 3 in the instructions, turn machine "On" and then pour<br />
the mixed ingredients into the "Fill" opening on the top of the machine (see Steps 4 – 5).<br />
Chocolate Almond<br />
12 oz. Whipping Cream 12 oz. Whole Milk<br />
3/4 Cup Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract<br />
3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder<br />
Pour cream, milk, sugar, almond extract and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients by<br />
hand until sugar is dissolved. Follow Steps 1 – 3 in the instructions, turn machine "On" and then<br />
pour the mixed ingredients into the "Fill" opening on the top of the machine (see Steps 4 – 5).<br />
Strawberry<br />
8 oz. Frozen, Unsweetened Strawberries (Puréed) 4 oz. Whipping Cream<br />
10 oz. Whole Milk 3/4 Cup Sugar<br />
Purée strawberries in a blender. Pour puréed strawberries, cream, milk and sugar into a mixing<br />
bowl. Stir ingredients by hand until sugar is dissolved. Follow Steps 1 – 3 in the instructions,<br />
turn machine "On" and then pour the mixed ingredients into the "Fill" opening on the top of the<br />
machine (see Steps 4 – 5).<br />
