Initial power<br />

In HRC programs determination of the initial power of<br />

25-100 Watts is possible in the default section.<br />

• Enter values with “Plus” or “Minus” (e.g.. 100)<br />

The power is then automatically increased from 100<br />

Watts on, until the target pulse is achieved (e.g. 130)<br />

Pulse<br />

• With “Plus” or “Minus” the pulse value can still be<br />

changed at this point or during training, e.g. from 130<br />

to 135.<br />

Comment:<br />

• For HRC programs, KETTLER recommends pulse measurement<br />

with chest strap.<br />

• Power adjustment in the HCR programs takes place in<br />

case of deviations of +/– 6 heartbeats.<br />

Setting: manual<br />

With “PROGRAM”, the display changes in the points field<br />

in the following order: Time / RPM / Speed / Dist. /<br />

Power / Energy / Pulse / (Profile) / Time ...<br />

Setting: automatically (SCAN)<br />

Press the “PROGRAM” key longer until the “SCAN” symbol<br />

appears in the display. Change of the displays every<br />

5 seconds. The SCAN function is terminated by renewed<br />

pressing of the “PROGRAM” key, the recovery function or<br />

interruption of training.<br />
