Selecting the Equalizer Curve<br />
You can switch between Equalizer curves.<br />
• Select the desired Equalizer curve.<br />
POWERFUL (powerful) = NATURAL (natural) = VOCAL (vocal)<br />
= CUSTOM 1 (custom 1) = CUSTOM 2 (custom 2) = EQ FLAT (flat)<br />
= SUPER BASS (super bass)<br />
About the Custom Curves<br />
“CUSTOM 1” and “CUSTOM 2” are adjustable equalizer curves. (Refer to “Equalizer<br />
Curve Adjustment” on page 38 and “Equalizer Curve Fine Adjustment” on page 39.)<br />
7 CUSTOM 1<br />
A separate “CUSTOM 1” curve can be created for each source. (The Built-in CD player<br />
and Multi-CD player are set to the same Equalizer Curve Adjustment setting automatically.)<br />
If you make adjustments when a curve other than “CUSTOM 2” is selected, the equalizer<br />
curve settings are memorized in “CUSTOM 1”.<br />
7 CUSTOM 2<br />
A “CUSTOM 2” curve can be created <strong>com</strong>mon to all sources.<br />
If you make adjustments when the “CUSTOM 2” curve is selected, the “CUSTOM 2”<br />
curve is updated.<br />
