Entonces, como vuelta su luz arriba hácia el Sol, su parte inferior que no resp<strong>la</strong>n<strong>de</strong>ce, por <strong>la</strong> semejanza que tiene con el ayre, se muestra obscura; y como el Sol <strong>la</strong> hiere perpendicu<strong>la</strong>rmente, y queda toda <strong>la</strong> luz "arriba, <strong>la</strong> l<strong>la</strong>mamos primera. Quando a<strong>de</strong><strong>la</strong>ntando se camina á <strong>la</strong> p<strong>la</strong>ga oriental, se alivia <strong>de</strong>l ímpetu <strong>de</strong>l Sol, y \ <strong>de</strong>scu~re hácia <strong>la</strong> tierra el limbo so<strong>la</strong>mente. <strong>de</strong> su resp<strong>la</strong>ndor en forma <strong>de</strong> una <strong>de</strong>lgada linea, en este estado se l<strong>la</strong>ma segunda.
