Los resultados <strong>de</strong> nuestro estudio aconsejan un seguimiento por<br />
imagen, fundamentalmente <strong>de</strong>l segmento cervical, <strong>de</strong>l piloto <strong>de</strong> combate<br />
que bien pudiera comenzar <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> la estancia <strong>de</strong>l futuro piloto en<br />
la Aca<strong>de</strong>mia General <strong>de</strong>l Aire, si bien la periodicidad y la modalidad<br />
radiológica seleccionada, no ha sido objetivo <strong>de</strong>l presente estudio.<br />
CONCLUSIONES<br />
Los pilotos <strong>de</strong> combate <strong>de</strong> nuestro estudio presentan una mayor rigi<strong>de</strong>z<br />
en la columna vertebral, asi como alteraciones radiológicas precoces,<br />
principalmente en la región cervical, comparados con un GC similar.<br />
