empieza a mostrar tasas <strong>de</strong> crecimiento negativo <strong>de</strong>l<br />
or<strong>de</strong>n <strong>de</strong>l –2,3%, que mantiene en 2009 hasta llegar a <strong>la</strong><br />
tasa <strong>de</strong> –16,4%.<br />
