ALCANCE TÉCNICO<br />
SERVICIOS ADMINISTRADOS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA DE VIRTUALIZACION<br />
DE SERVICIOS, SERVIDORES E IMPRESORAS.<br />
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SERVICIO.<br />
El Instituto Nacional <strong>de</strong> Psiquiatría Ramón <strong>de</strong> la Fuente Muñiz requiere <strong>el</strong> servicio <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>arrendamiento</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>servidores</strong>, <strong>almacenamiento</strong>, servicio <strong>de</strong> virtualización e impresión,<br />
mediante un contrato plurianual <strong>de</strong> 36 meses.<br />
Los servicios integrales que <strong>el</strong> Licitante otorgará al Instituto incluirán:<br />
• 5 Servidores <strong>de</strong> Rack<br />
• 2 Servidores <strong>de</strong> Virtualización<br />
• 1 Servidor <strong>de</strong> Almacenamiento <strong>de</strong> 20 Terabytes<br />
• 2 Switch <strong>para</strong> solución <strong>de</strong> virtualización y <strong>almacenamiento</strong><br />
• 1 Gabinete<br />
• 1 UPS<br />
• 16 impresoras <strong>de</strong> trabajo en grupo con consumibles<br />
• Instalación <strong>de</strong> Clúster <strong>de</strong> SQL Server 2008<br />
• Instalación <strong>de</strong> Clúster <strong>de</strong> Virtualización con VMWare Vsphere 5<br />
• Instalación <strong>de</strong> Servidor vCenter<br />
• Mesa <strong>de</strong> servicios con ITIL<br />
• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo <strong>de</strong> equipo suministrado.<br />
• Garantías<br />
• Políticas <strong>de</strong> servicio<br />
• Proveer los consumibles y refacciones necesarias <strong>para</strong> las impresoras<br />
suministradas.<br />
• Soporte Técnico<br />
Los licitantes <strong>de</strong>berán incluir <strong>para</strong> los servicios integrales una carta en pap<strong>el</strong><br />
membretado firmada por <strong>el</strong> representante legal d<strong>el</strong> fabricante <strong>de</strong> los equipos y<br />
servicios <strong>de</strong> impresión en la que manifieste que <strong>el</strong> licitante esta autorizado <strong>para</strong><br />
proporcionar los mismos, así como <strong>el</strong> servicio <strong>de</strong> mantenimiento, soporte y<br />
actualización.<br />
Observando los requerimientos que se divi<strong>de</strong>n en las siguientes partidas:<br />
