Refundada en 1992 Pedini representa la evolución en clave industrial de una empresa artesanal
nacida en 1957. En el centro de más de 40.000 metros cuadrados de terreno, rodeado de vegetación en

The kitchen project consists of many factors such as construction materials - colors,

water, detergents, heat, acids and spirited children.

What is ecological furniture? Cabinetry is defined ecological when no trees are used in order to make it – every part is made of 100% recycled materials. What
distinguishes it from others products, is the mark which guarantees the exclusive use of eco-friendly materials, combined with a production procedure of certified quality.
Currently Pedini uses certified, 100% recycled wood panels exclusively.
¿Qué es el concepto de mueble ecológico? Se define ecológico un mueble cuya realización no perjudica a los bosques, esto significa que en su mayor parte
esta compuesta de madera reciclada 100%. Esto lo distingue de los otros y solo una marca, la cual garantiza la utilización exclusiva de materiales ecocompatibles

A significant mark of quality is found in the guarantee issued by the company. The longer the
coverage signifies the company’s validity to producing products of unquestionable quality.
Though the European law compels to effect a warranty of 2 years, Pedini extends
the warranty of its products to additional 5 years.

The Marine Grade Ecological Panel is a very high grade type of particle board panel,
made exclusively from recycled wood with eco-friendly materials and a production process
of certified quality. From a functional point of view this represents a product of very high
quality, which delivers solid, quality product that maintains its shape and conformity
throughout time. The research and development of the Marine Grade Ecological Panel
and any chemicals and/or fumes in it, resulted in a product that is friendly to both the
consumer and the environment and has the absolute lowest formaldehyde gas emissions.

Water Proof. The Marine Grade Ecological Panel, Pedini uses, is made of 100% postconsumption

Pedini is aware of the importance of preserving nature and the environment.
So, we continue to develop and maintain an active role in the safeguard of the
environment by producing products using environmental friendly and recyclable
materials (recycled wood panels, aluminium, glass, steel, etc). We use sustainable
wood, from tree farms in equal amounts to newly planted trees. Other products incorporate
a material that is similar to wood, in its beauty and strength, but is man made.
Pedini recycles. It is just as important to pay attention to the beginning of the
production cycle as it is to the end so any waste materials used during production
are not found in the urban waste sites. At Pedini, we separate all waste materials
and send them to recycling centres. They, in turn, send them to specialized production
centres were they transform these materials into such things as aluminium ingots,
cardboard or panels of recycled wood, ready to be used again in the productive cycle.

Pedini recicla. Si es importante hacer caso al principio del ciclo productivo,
igualmente importante lo es el fin del mismo, en cuánto los materiales de resulta
varias elaboraciones no tienen que ser dispersados en los vertederos que soportan
ya el peso de los Rechazos urbanos; al respecto Pedini selecciona y separadamente
manda los materiales de descarte a centros especializados de recolección que
después de haberlos tratado adecuadamente son dirigidos a centros de producción
especializados, los que transforman estos materiales en lingotes de aluminio
a su vez antes que en cartones o paneles de aglomerado de madera reciclado,
listos a ser de nuevo reinsertados en el ciclo productivo.

7 Years warranty. Every Pedini kitchen is accompanied by the certificate of guarantee for 2 years
to cover any risk. In addition to this the customer can take advantage of a warranty extension for
further 5 years, by returning to the company the proof of purchase duly completed within 30 days from
the installation of the kitchen. The customer is also given a “Technical Sheet” certifying the origin of the
materials and their characteristics, an “Instruction Manual” for installation, a “Cleaning kit” and a “Manual
of maintenance and use”.

Available space and compositions. Kitchen requirements must be realized within the available space. When space is limited, having the maximum number of creative
solutions will provide the most efficient and practical design. If the kitchen does not have the necessary space for the entire family to sit around the table for example, we

Like its name Integra brings different elements together. One complete design theme with three
variants. Each of the three Integra options has their own unique characteristics, separating them and making
them out as a kitchen model in their own right. The main features are wide, fixed and movable worktops,
islands, peninsulas and curved unit configurations. Tall units have the double function of providing organized
storage and space partitioning where required. Integra Circle - its dynamic approach offers circular islands
and peninsulas that provide the flexibility to adapt to the users personal life style. Integra Profile - features
the handle less system relying on a recessed groove to open the cabinets.

stability. The dinette counter in antique oak open pore lacquer, the frame door, flat or beaded, are all elements
that play an important role in defining the style of cooking. All compositions are designed to be able to
develop over time.

The technical aspects. How do we recognize a high quality product, both in terms
of its construction and technology, as well its cutting-edge design? Our first
suggestion is not to just go by first impression. This approach could be misleading
- understanding and correctly evaluating the product is a must. Our advice is to
examine the different parts and components of the kitchen as well as the service
the company offer one by one, according to the criteria on the following pages.
La calidad técnica. Las técnicas constructivas, los valores funcionales: ¿cómo
reconocerlos? La primera sugerencia es la de no limitarse a un primer juicio estético.
Es ésta una aproximación superficial, no útil para el conocimiento de la evaluación
del producto. Y ni siquiera el precio más o menos conveniente tiene que ser motivo
de una u otra elección, al menos en la fase inicial. Nuestro consejo es que se examinen
uno por uno los diversos componentes de la cocina y los servicios ofrecidos por el
productor, según los criterios indicados en las páginas que siguen.

the specific model and the overall quality of the kitchen design project.

Working in the kitchen requires many repetitive movements which may cause fatigue, especially
if everything is not within reach. For those who spend a great deal of time in the kitchen, an
incorrect posture may occur, eventually causing physical pain. An ergonomic analysis of the model
one intends to purchase is essential. It would be disappointing to find out after the installation that
the components and accessories purchased are unsuitable. It is important to establish a good work
flow within the kitchen. It is necessary that the counter top is at the correct height so the utensils
and other objects are all within easy reach; that corner spaces are made easily accessible; lights
are correctly positioned allowing adequate lighting to cover the work area; that the handles
ensure a secure and easy grip; that the depth is sufficient to contain the necessary object; that
the appliances are at the appropriate height; the toe kick is set back in respect to the cabinet door
allowing an upright position and avoiding incorrect posture. There is a never-ending list of valid
reasons, but we will stop here and assure you that Pedini pays great attention to detail, security
and the environment when undertaking design offering innovative solutions providing a better
quality of life in the kitchen area.
En el espacio de la cocina se realizan un número elevado de acciones, por lo que si no esta todo
a mano y en posición cómoda, al final se encuentrara incomodo; adoptar posiciones incorrectas
se puede transformar, con el paso del tiempo, en fastidiosos dolores físicos sobre todo para
quienes pasan gran parte de su tiempo en la cocina. Un análisis ergonómico del modelo que se
quiere adquirir es absolutamente indispensable; mejor que descubrir después de la instalación y
de haber adquirido el mueble y los accesorios que no son idóneos. Para obtener un buen aporte
con la propia cocina es necesario que la bancada de trabajo sé de la justa altura y que nos permita
trabajar en posición recta, que los altos estén posicionados de manera que permitan acceder
a los objetos del interior con extrema facilidad, que los espacios de los ángulos sean fácilmente
accesibles, que las luces estén posicionadas de modo adecuado para que sea visible la parte operativa,
que la apertura de los muebles, sobre todo de los altos, sean cómodas y ligeras, que los
tiradores permitan una sujeción fácil y segura, que la profundidad sea adecuada para los objetos
a guardar, que los electrodomésticos estén posicionados a la altura justa, que los zócalos estén
remetidos respecto al frontal de la cocina de la cocina permitiéndonos a sin el trabajar en posición
recta y evitar posturas incorrectas para la espalda; se podría continuar hasta el infinito la lista de
estas pequeñas pero importantes motivaciones, asegurándonos que Pedini en fase de
proyectación está muy atenta a la seguridad y al medio ambiente y a todas las soluciones

The shape of the hood, if selected improperly, can collide with whoever is cooking. So selecting a hood according
to their height and one that does not restrict movements or impair our view of the cooking surface, while functioning
properly, is critical.

This door style reduces the space taken when opened and makes large spaces more accessible. Opening
is assisted by adjustable hydraulic pistons. Recommended also for people of short stature.

oleodinámicos regulables, aconsejada también para personas de pequeña estatura.
Дверка –фрамуга -уменьшает свой объём во время открытия, давая свободный доступ к продуктам. Дверка легко открыва

Useful opening methods. When choosing a wall unit, more attention is usually paid to the storage capacity and not so much how the unit functions. Pedini offers various
options designed for maximum convenience and freedom of movement; fold-up doors and sliding doors are all recommended for wall units and can remain open during
operational activity in the kitchen without hindering your movements. The wall units become storage units with immediate and full access and the doors can be closed easily
once the work is completed, avoiding continues ‘open and close’ scenario usually found on traditional units.
Las aperturas útiles. En la elección de un alto generalmente concentramos nuestra atención sobre la capacidad para guardar, olvidando algunas características también
importantes, como por ejemplo la apertura. Pedini propone algunos sistemas de apertura pensados para dar máxima practicidad y libertad de acciones como: las puertas
de fuelle, las basculante también a libro y las correderas todas aconsejadas para los altos por que pueden permanecer abiertas durante el tiempo que estemos cocinando
sin entorpecer nunca el movimiento. Así los altos se convierten en despensas con acceso inmediato, las puertas son cerradas solamente al finalizar nuestro trabajo evitando
“abrir y cerrar” con el sistema tradicional y aportando orden en la cocina.

шкафов более удобны: дверки -фрамуги, откидные дверки и раздвижные дверки,т.к. вовремя работы на кухне их можно оставить открытыми и они не будут вам мешать.
Таким образом навесные шкафы становятся вместимыми хранилищами с удобным доступом. Закончив полностью работу на кухне дверки можно закрыть, избегая
постоянного “открывания-закрывания” как это делается в обычных кухнях.

wider, we offer a 170° hinges which are a standard option in Pedini draining units.

The doors. The unit doors and drawer fronts are the main part in the aesthetics of the kitchen. Proof of Pedini’s excellent quality is reinforced in the fact they do not warp,

Lacquered door. This type of door, on an MDF panel, offers the widest standard color
range as well as custom colors, chosen by the customer. The Pedini lacquering, is highly
resistant and can be polished, matte or in micro-spheres.

Veneered door. The panel is covered with wooden sheets (veneering) and bordered with
solid wood blocks of the same wood species. Pedini uses special acrylic paints that
prevent the door from ageing and becoming yellow.

Laminate door. Among the most advantageous technical solutions for the kitchen environment
for its resistance, practicality and moderate cost. Our laminates are at least 8/10
mm thick, such as those used by Pedini in their bordering which is made using tested
techniques and the eco-safe and expensive polyurethane glues.

materials with improved technologies should be considered. The choice should be made taking into account
the values and faults. Although very difficult, here we try to inform you about their general characteristics.

la cocina, ya que están sujetos a fuerte desgaste, y tienen un riesgo de deterioro debido al calor, humedad,

Tempered glass. Beautiful to look at and touch, hygienic and easy to clean, these are made
of crystals th.15 mm painted on surface. To give them greater strength and ensure safety
in use, they are tempered so that, in case of accidental breakage, they crumble into tiny fragments
(not sharp and therefore harmless). In order not to scratch the surface the cleaning should
be made using a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
El vidrio templado. Hermoso a la vista y hermoso al tacto, higiénico y fácil de limpiar estas
encimeras están hechas de cristales de 15 mm de espesor, recubierto en la superficie. Para
darles mayor fuerza y garantizar la seguridad en el uso, son “endurecido“ para que, en caso
de rotura accidental, se desmoronan en pequeños fragmentos no cortantes e inofensivos.
Con el fin de no rayar la superficie durante la limpieza se debe utilizar un paño suave, no
abrasivo.

всем гигиеническим требованиям. Столешницы выполнены из стекла 15мм толщиной, окрашены
изнутри. Устанавливается на опорную столешницу из дуба или алюминия. Для прочности и
безопасности стекло закаляют, поэтому, в случае повреждения, оно разбивается на мельчайшие,
безопасные для человека, частицы. При уборке, для того чтобы не поцарапать стекло, нужно
применять мягкие тряпочки.
Stainless steel worktop. Resistant, hygienic, waterproof, acid and oil resistant they are
practically indestructible - many good reasons why these are used by top chefs in their
professional kitchens. Although not resistant to scratches, in the long run the scratches create
a patina or “lived” effect which becomes attractive in its own way, however not recommended
to those obsessed with cleaning (Pedini offers a free cleaning kit for the maintenance
of the stainless steel). The quality of the tops can be observed by the finishing touches
(folds, welding), the quality and thickness of the stainless steel employed which should be at
least 1 mm and should contain little iron and a majority of steel. Proof of the quality of the
steel can be done with the help of a magnet. If the magnet is not attracted to the top, it
implies an excellent quality. On the other hand, if the magnet is attracted this would imply a
poor quality due to the presence of a high content of iron which over time could cause rust.

ácidos siendo prácticamente indestructible; por todos estos buenos motivos es por lo que utilizan
los grandes chef en la cocina profesional. Poco resistentes a las rayadas, aunque la sensación
visual que se derriba de la utilización sigue siendo agradable, es aconsejable para los
maniáticos de la limpieza, Pedini ofrece gratuitamente a sus clientes con un kit de limpieza que
facilita el mantenimiento del acero. La calidad de la encimera se pone de relevancia en los
acabados (plegado, soldaduras y otros), de la calidad y del espesor del acero utilizado, este
debe ser de al menos 1 mm y debe contener poco hierro y mucho acero. Una prueba sobre
la buena calidad del acero puede estar hecha acercando una pieza imantada; si esta no viene
atraída por la encimera quiere decir que es de una óptima calidad, si contrariamente es atraída,
quiere decir que la composición es ferrosa y con el tiempo puede oxidarse.
Нержавеющая сталь. Устойчивый, гигиеничный материал, не боится влаги и жировых загрязнений,
не разрушается под действием кислот. Используется на профессиональных кухнях. Подвержен
царапинам, хотя и очень долговечен. Является очень популярным материалом, но не рекомендуется
для “маньяков чистоты”. Pedini предлагает своим клиентам бесплатный набор по уходу за стальными
поверхностями. Качество стальных поверхностей зависит от их обработки (фальцевания,сварки и
др.), от качества используемой стали и её толщины (миним.1мм). По составу это должен быть
сталистый сплав,т.е. содержащий много стали и мало железа. Хорошее качество стали может быть
подтверждено при помощи магнита. Если магнит не пристаёт к поверхности–это подтверждает
хорошее качество стали. Если же магнит пристал к поверхности - это свидетельствует о высоком
содержании железа, что в дальнейшем может вызвать ржавчину.
Marble and granite worktop. Their use belongs to a tradition which dates back to the first
kitchen. Both beautiful and decorative, they are natural materials with little resistance to
acids and oils, especially the marble, extremely porous and susceptible to external changes
and subject to staining. Granite is more suitable being of magma origin and is far more
resistant because they are composed of a high quantity of quartz. In order to improve stain
resistance, Pedini treats all of its tops with a liquid sealant which decreases porosity. This
treatment should be repeated at regular intervals.
El mármol y el granito. Estos provienen de la tradición y hay que remontarse a los albores
de la cocina; muy bellos y decorativos, son materiales naturales y poco resistentes a los ácidos
y a las grasas, en particular el mármol que siendo un material de origen a base de sedimentos
en muy poroso y atacable por los agentes externos sujeto a manchas y otros. Más indicados
son los granitos, por que siendo de origen magmáticos, siendo más resistentes en cuantos
están compuestos de una notable cantidad de cuarzo. Pedini para mejorar la resistencia a
las manchas, trata el propio mármol con un líquido imprégnate que satura la porosidad;
este tratamiento a de ser repetido cíclicamente.

Corian. Non-toxic composite suitable for food preparation, composed of acrylic resins and
mineral fillers. Different types of corian are on the market, with different quality levels. Pedini
has chosen an excellent quality of Corian for those who demand a working surface absolutely
hygienic and long-lasting. Its coloring allows the removal of scratches or accidental cuts
through a Scothbrite sponge and an abrasive detergent. Sinks and upstand can be made in
a single piece, which being seamless, ensures perfect cleaning and absolute hygiene.
Corian. Conglomerado no tóxico, adecuado para la alimentación, compuesto por resinas
acrílicas y cargas minerales. En el mercado hay diferentes tipos, de más o menos buena
calidad. Como es difícil de reconocer la calidad si usted no tiene un poco de experiencia,
se debe solicitar al distribuidor la ficha técnica que certifica las características del producto.
Pedini ha elegido encimeras en Corian sintética que por su calidad ofrecen una excelente
solución para aquellos que exigen un plan absolutamente higiénico y duradero. Su masa
colorante permite la eliminación de arañazos o cortes accidentales a través de una esponja
Scothbrite y un detergente abrasivo. Fregaderos y copete, se pueden hacer en una sola
pieza, por lo que, al carecer de juntas, garantizan una perfecta limpieza e higiene absoluta.

Quartzite. Composite made of polyester resin and quartz fragments, available in different
colors in th.20mm and 30mm. Its practicality and ease of cleaning are ideal indicators for
use in the kitchen. Laboratory tests also confirm the hygienic suitability for use in the food
industry. However, having a limited heat resistance, we must avoid to place hot pans with
temperatures exceeding 120°/130° without use of a trivet.
En cuarcita. Conglomerado resina a base de poliéster y fragmentos de cuarzo, realizado
en diferentes colores, de espesor 20 mm y 30 mm. La comodidad y facilidad de limpieza
están indicados para uso en la cocina, las pruebas de laboratorio también dan fe de su
idoneidad higiénica para el uso en la industria alimentaria. Sin embargo, teniendo una
resistencia térmica limitada , hay que evitar de colocar ollas calientes con temperaturas
superiores a los 120°/130° sin haber insertado un salvamanteles.

The oven. Ovens can be electric or microwave. Electric ovens have a multitude of functions

wide variety available it would be the best to take care when choosing an appropriate oven.
For example, it would be useless and expensive to purchase a multi-function oven without
making the most of such functions, then ending up having spent a lot more initially and

The hob. The hobs can be powered by gas or electricity. Of course, after selecting the aesthetically
pleasing and appropriate size for your needs, you have to take into account the
degree of practicality and safety. In particular they must meet the following requirements:
a) must be equipped with safety valve, which prevents leakage of gas in case of flame or
accidental opening of a knob; b) must have stable grills washable in dishwasher; c) the
burners, where the real combustion occurs, must be made as “a pure flame”, specifically
designed to improve the combustion process and reduce waste. The curved steel hob, in the

The hood. During food preparation and cooking vapour, grease, odours and various combustion
gases - even toxins are produced. It is therefore necessary to extract these vapours and take
them outside. This function is obtained by using extractor hoods, which are connected with
the outside through a duct, ensuring the proper air circulation in the room. The suction capacity
of a hood is given by a good engine and by a proper design of the outer duct. The engine
hood must have a suction capacity of at least 450 cm/h and it is absolutely useless unless
connected to the outside.

The hidden qualities. The main box, be it a base or a wall unit, is a main structural element of the kitchen. All the components are mounted to it: feet, hinges, doors, tops,
